The story of Moulkiotis Butcher Shop
Moulkiotis P. LLC established in Mandra, Attica, produces fine meats of guaranteed quality and selects traditional, pure and healthy products from the best farms and traditional enterprises.
Everything started with grandfather Moulkiotis who, coming from generations of livestock farmers and being the holder of 350 goats and later 350 sheep, passed the baton to my father, Georgios Moulkiotis, who in turn gave us the idea to offer the world the concept of quality.
This concept followed each and every discussion, each and every step, each and every dream of ours.
And this is how, having gained all this experience, we proceeded to the increase of our livestock and expanded our investments from sheep and goats to pigs, rabbits, roosters, hens and soon calves.
However, because our production is limited as compared to the consumption, we started contacting and meeting other farmers from areas such as Olympus, Larisa, Trikala, Thebes, Parnassos and Livadeia, with who we came to agreements on a yearly cooperation, our first concern always being the respect of quality and proper sanitary conditions.
